ISO 9001:2015 Gap Audit
An assessment of your existing Quality Management System (QMS) is carried out in order to identify the extent of the gap for each section of your QMS versus the applicable requirements contained within the ISO 9001 Standard, as well as the corrective actions required to comply. This allows management to identify the amount of resources needed to close any gaps found.
ISO 9001:2015 Documentation/Bench Audit
An assessment of the current documented Quality Management System (QMS) is focused only on your documentation and is carried out in order to identify ways of streamlining the current amount of ISO documentation. Corrective actions required to reduce the size of the documented ISO System are reported.
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Outsourcing (we can do it for you OR with you!)
For cost effectiveness, the Internal Audit function can be outsourced to an external experienced auditor on a periodic basis. This will provide an independent and objective assessment to management, of where process issues may exist, along with identifying opportunities for improvement. It will also provide the evidence needed to satisfy the Internal Audit requirements in the ISO Standards. We have used two different approaches with this service: a) We conduct the entire audit ourselves, or b) We act as the lead auditor, and along with your Team of internal auditors, we complete the entire audit together. This latter approach allows your people to receive guidance and direction from an experienced lead auditor while at the same time maintaining significant involvement in the internal audit process (a training component can also be added in as described below).
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Team Facilitation
This service combines Internal Auditor Training and Internal Audit Outsourcing. The Internal Audit Team is facilitated through each step of the process by an experienced Team Leader. Learning is reinforced through observation of interviews, and the use of audit skills and techniques, which helps to re-energize your existing audit team.
ISO 9001:2015 Management Audit/Education
The purpose of a management audit is to conduct an independent assessment of top management’s responsibilities within the ISO Standards and to provide them with an education on the purpose and intent of the requirements contained within ISO. This service identifies opportunities for streamlining and can also be used to renew commitment to the ISO system. The management function is typically a difficult area for internal auditors to assess in an unbiased fashion.
ISO 9001:2015 Pre-Assessment Audit
This type of audit is conducted prior to ISO Registration in order to identify any remaining system gaps. A report outlining nonconformances discovered, and recommended corrective actions, is provided.
ISO 9001:2015 ISO Registration Audit Facilitation
The Client is provided with guidance and interpretation during the ISO Registrar’s Audit, with real-time corrective actions applied as needed.
ISO 9001:2015 Supplier Audit
An assessment of the Supplier’s current quality management system is carried out in order to identify the extent of the gap for each ISO Element, and the corrective actions required.
