The one (1) day ISO 45001:2018 Essentials Session is targeted for companies who need to understand both the big picture of what this Standard is, as well as the details of what’s in it. Includes front end discussions on the overall structure, followed by specific education on the requirements for each of the Elements. The group will be divided into teams and they will complete workshop exercises on each Element to reinforce learning and understanding of all the ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
Documentation Development for ISO 45001:2018
The two (2) day Documentation Development for ISO 45001:2018 Session is intended to assist organizations in developing either a new health & safety management system documentation structure, or to renovate and revise your existing documents. A copy of a sample Health & Safety Manual (restating the “shall” requirements found within the ISO 45001:2018 Standard) will be provided to each participant. The focus will be on how to develop a simplified and streamlined health & safety management system, that helps to manage and control health & safety activities in your business.
ISO 45001:2018 Executive Overview
The one to three hour ISO 45001:2018 Executive Overview Session provides executives, managers and supervisors with the essentials on what ISO 45001 is all about, what it’s intent and purpose is, how it can be used to drive “continual improvement”, how it impacts the role of management/supervision, and how ISO 45001 can be used to support good business health & safety practices! This is an excellent session for anyone who manages other people and wants to gain a good understanding of what’s in the ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
ISO 45001:2018 Orientation
The one to three hour ISO 45001:2018 Orientation Session provides frontline personnel help on understanding the basics of what ISO 45001 is about, learn what it is trying to do, how it can affect their job and to discover ways to use it as a “tool” to get their tasks done! This is an excellent session for anyone who wants to gain a basic understanding of what’s in the ISO 45001:2018 Standard and how it can affect their job.
Internal Process Auditing for ISO 45001:2018
The two (2) day Internal Process Auditing for ISO 45001:2018 Session (also covers requirements in ISO 19011) is focused on a process approach to auditing with the objective being not only to assess conformance of the health & safety management system, but also to uncover process improvements during an audit. This goes hand in hand with the process auditing requirements found within ISO 19011 and the process approach covered in ISO 45001:2018, which promotes continual health & safety improvement throughout this Standard. An enhanced checklist is developed, and there will be workshops throughout, to reinforce learning, as well as a live, practice audit. If you are looking to meet the ISO 45001:2018 internal audit requirements and to “raise the bar” for your internal audit program, then this is the course you should consider.
